I have a fondness for Vampire: the Masquerade b/c that was what got me into Vampires in the first place.

Hellsing, both the OVA and the Manga.

Vampire Game, a comedic manga by Judal.

Ultraviolet, the 2006 Milla Jovovich Movie, neat kind of sci element. Influenced my werewolf books ironically.

Underworld. Daybreakers. Van Helsing, Buffy the Series & Angel, Blade (all three), and Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust (way too pretty).

Angela Knight wrote an entire paranormal romance series with vampires who were Knights of the Round table type of thing and magic. Cool concept, but also paranormal romance so, YMMV.
