Leftovers. Crockpot cooked beef tongue, mashed potatoes, green beans, leeks, and rutabaga. It was all delicious last night. And all soft and easy to chew, which is good because of how sore my jaw is today.

Takeout or home made? I only ask because after lots of Indian takeout lately, I've been thinking of trying to make chicken tikka masala at home.

Homemade. My husband made it last night, it was delicious and will probably be better today. He said it was pretty simple to make.

Pulled pork on toast.

Been craving this excellent pulled pork for weeks and finally got myself to drive out to the local smokehouse that makes it. I even stocked up on a couple containers to keep in the freezer.

I haven't really been able to do solid foods for ages but now and then I get a craving for garlic bread or pizza...

So I had a couple ounces of cream of rice with some garlic powder, sea salt, basil, oregano, cayenne and a bit of butter. Nice change, but I think I'm going to add some parmesan into my next grocery order.
