Okay, that's complicated. Its an old new phone. I lost this one, then got the other one. Then I found this one again, so it got put in a drawer. Then the other one broke, so I switched my account back to this one. But it seems while the account got switched over for all phone functions and for paying, it didn't for app downloading?

Its about the cheapest level of smart phone you can get. Not an Iphone, an android.
