I have played JRPGs and nothing I played could not have been enjoyed by an average 14 year old. Many of them seemed designed for 14 year olds. And there's nothing wrong with that, it's just incredibly silly to defend the honor of JRPGs as a genre by claiming that modern teenagers are too dumb to appreciate them.

Also it seems that I shouldn't get my hopes up the next game will be set somewhere other than high school despite Zenkichi's presence.
