I find this really interesting because I've seen a mixed response to the word cunt here in England; like some people will take it as the worst swear word you can say, whereas everyone else I've known in conversation use loosely as a common swear that just gets used a lot with the rest of the swears in conversation (either just in an informal way or to exaggerate the conversation).

Still, with context like a smut fic I don't think its that out of place as a description unless the angle of the fic is going for something darker like something angsty or the verbal humiliation route.
