They don't! Only the Queen, DoE, Charles & Camilla, and William and Kate get 24/7 security because they (+ their spouse) are the monarch/consort or future monarch/consort. Everyone else just gets security when they're doing engagements on behalf of the crown. Like, Anne and Edward are the Queen's children but they don't have a personal security team unless they're doing engagements, so why on earth would Harry think he was going to get one when he was not even working?
