Pain level was all the way down to 7 today after being 8-9 for a couple weeks, so I got a lot done!

Work involved a "small intimate" zoom meeting with the VP of our division, and everyone else had their cameras on despite all of us normally being rather firm on having them off. So I turned mine on too and it wasn't a disaster because I didn't have to disappear suddenly into the bathroom at any point during that hour. :P

Got some chores I hadn't felt up to doing taken care during breaks and still felt okay enough after work to go join the local raid train for Pokemon Go raid hour. 4 for 4, all sucky IV, but I had a lucky egg on to go ultra with someone so I got 200k XP in a half hour, I'll take it. Plus I got home in time to catch the tail end of my friend streaming his raid hour on Twitch, and I was the only one there so I was text-chatting and he was replying in real time, and I think it cheered him up, he's had a terrible couple of weeks. So I'm glad I felt up to communicating in real time for a little while.
