I've never done this, but I like the idea.

I never used to read WIPs, but then I got into a smaller fandom where I burned through all the completely fics for my ship in a couple of months, and all that was left for me to read was WIPs. Also, like four of the best-written fics in the fandom are abandoned WIPs. *cries*
