See, but do Green Day and Evanescence have songs that make for good fic titles? It's a very specific vibe IMO

And I don't know which Nick Cave song would get used most

You're right, it is a very specific vibe! For Evanescence, i feel like there must be songs named "Lithium" "Tourniquet", or use lines out of "Sober", "My Immortal", or "Wake Me Up Inside". Actually, looking back I wrote a fic based off the lyrics to Lithium XD and that time I decided to name fic chapters in the style of a Panic! At the Disco tracklisting...yikes lol

As far as Greenday goes, and I'm probably dating myself here,but I def. Feel like i saw a host of fic on quizilla named after Green day/Blink 182 songs (and don't get me started on emo/pop punk bands).

As for Nick Cave, I don't know either, but this is also a particular vibe. Red Right Hand? Likely any song off of the Murder Ballads (dark! fic) or The Boatman Calls.

I'll offer up...Skinny Legs or whatever Bon Iver sings, I feel like I've certainly seen that before.

If I was gonna do something, I think I'd quote a line from Leonard Cohen or Damien Rice. But my fic probably wouldn't be good enough honestly lol
