Agreed so much on your b!S. Her crying was a natural reaction she couldn't help. Yet people acted like she personally chose to cry. And George knew very well she was in love with Derek and not him and still chose to sleep with her. He wasn't an injured party. He knew what he was getting into. He was just as capable of saying no to sex with her as she was to sex with him. Characters laying all the blame on her were absolutely sexist.
