Pretty much every quote from 'Auntie Mame'. Apparently nobody watches that movie any more.

'Are we all lit?'
'What could be more wholesome or natural!'
'Books are awfully decorative, don't you think?'

OMG

TOP DRAWER, REALLY YOU'RE TOO DRAWER!

I am always quoting her "Life is a banquet and most poor suckers are starving" they are one of the few quotes I'm always trying to live by or keep in mind. Certainly use it often!

It's one of my favorite movies, so I'm glad to see it mentioned!

Wheeeeeeeeeeee!!

"I lived! I gotta find out what to do now!"

I love it love it love, and yes - that is one of the best lines.
Of course, you always have to quote Gloria with her Long-Island Lock-jaw.

"Patrick, you never told me your aunt was literate!"

I dunno how much was brought over - the musical movie (with Lucille Ball) seemed very different to me.

It's so *fun*, though - I just adore it. :D
