Inspired by a couple of comments in various threads above.

Mine is that I really quirky signage in grocery stores that serve as labeling for aisles and whatnot; it genuinely makes my experience better when the stores choose to have fun with that kind of thing. Like for 'Dairy' or 'Meats'. Trader Joe's is pretty infamous for that kind of thing.

I don't really care about quirky signage but I love it - LOVE it - when grocery stores have signage in that kind of old-timey 1950s/1960s grocery store font

I like it when grocery stores hang a sign from the ceiling near an air vent and it just swings back and forth all day long.

I find that kind of thing teeth grittingly patronising. Or at least I did. Now every time I see it I'm going to know that somewhere on this planet there's a nonny who really enjoys it and it's gonna make me smile. :)
