What is everyone doing this weekend?

I have nothing planned. Was going to plant the rest of our vegetables but now we might get SNOW next week. I hope it doesn't kill what I've planted already. :( I'll mostly be listening to podcasts and playing video games.

Hmm, I have nothing really planned either. Was thinking of going to the garden center now that it's open and getting some herbs for my bunnies, those can stay potted inside even if there is snow. But I have to go over to that general area soon because my tire has a slow leak, and I can get it fixed for free at a nearby tire place, but I'm sure the sitting and waiting will be too much being upright and out of the house for the day already and I won't want to go browse plants afterwards. :/

Since it's a very slow leak I may just put it off until next week and hope my body is acting less sketchy. In which case there is literally nothing I have planned except standard household upkeep, editing fic, and playing games in bed.

Oh dear, flat tires are no fun at all. I hope you can get it done soon. Good luck on your planting too. :D

Thanks! Fortunately I have determined over the course of the work week, the leak is so slow it takes two days of normal driving around before I have to reinflate the tire, and my brother loaned me a portable air compressor that does the job in about 5 minutes. So I could get by like this for awhile... but if I don't get it actually fixed, for all I know it might get worse. :P

Are you the bunny anon? Oww, do they deal well with the snow? You got me interested in bunnies actually!

I'm one of them - I know I had a conversation with someone else here who has a bun...

It really varies by rabbit how they feel about snow. The first few I had, if they set a foot in it they'd shake it like "ewwwwww this is cold and wet, get it off!" and back right up inside. Then there's one of my current girls who thinks it's the neatest thing ever. She would eat it when I tracked it in, and then I tried bringing a larger amount in and she really enjoyed digging in it. ...So this winter I made a small snowman for her to murder on video. It was hilarious, she decapitated it, ran off with its arms, disemboweled it... :D I should really take her out on a leash next winter if I get the chance, I've seen some videos of rabbits who really love tunneling through deep snow, and I suspect she'd be one of them.

But mostly they don't have much contact with it because they're indoor buns. Most it really affects them is that they like to sit in front of or on top of the heating vents in cold weather. ;)

Ugh, unexpected frosts and snows here has already killed plants at one of the places I work.

Sleeping. I was very insomniac this week.
Korean... art... gardening... idk

Oh man, I feel your pain. I didn't sleep very well this week either. I hope we both can get some good sleep catching up done this weekend.

Tomorrow I'm meeting with one of my bosses at 5PM to go over some things.

Other than that, watching Judging Amy, listening to music on Youtube (been listening to a lot of Viking music recently), and sleeping lots. Oak pollen is really high right now, so my allergies have been bad. So I'll be taking as much benadryl as I can get away with.

Yikes; I hope you avoid snow (wish you could send us the water though, stupid drought.) It's supposed to be unseasonably hot on Sunday and I work tomorrow, so I may just stay in and clean house, which I hate, but it needs doing. And I'll start more seeds because I always buy too many, heh.

I wish I could send it too! What kinds of things are you planting?

Now. Play an event on my usual mobile game for the next 3 hours before it's over.
Saturday, uni work, too much of it actually - watch yesterday's class, study all of a subject for a last-minute project (due date: Monday), check 2 projects (due date: Monday), finish 2 procedural pieces (due date: Monday). And try to do something job-related to compensate for the fact that I've been depressed to work and was mostly just pretending all week ; ; ; . Maybe I have a burnout, oh shoot.
On Sunday, hopefully do the fandom-related stuff I really want to.

Dang that is a busy weekend. I hope you are able to get some relaxing in there in between all that. :(

I got my first covid shot on thursday afternoon so I'm gonna ride the side effect wave til mid sunday i guess.
side effects started friday afternoon and still last on.
small Price to pay for future plague protection.

Congrats! I get my second one this upcoming Tuesday.
