My larp has a new interested player. Considering we've been online only and our last live game was in 2019 it's really cool. I hope he joins and has fun in our online games while we wait for conditions for live.

Not much, actually. I goofed off on the internet all morning, went for a run around noon. Came home and had a couple of puffs and a shower. I've got a bunch of housework to do but I don't feel like doing it now, so.

I was on the phone all day. American Airlines fucked up an air shipment so I spent all day trying to get it fixed. They mistyped the cargo weight and are charging us 16x what the shipment and storage fees should be. -__-

Slow work day so I spent much of it editing a fic I wrote back in about 2002 because I kind of hope I've gotten better at writing since then.

Now writhing in pain and wondering if it's the usual chronic issues or if the accidental three drops of peppermint oil in my coffee instead of one small drop seriously damaged something. (Yes, peppermint OIL, not extract. Could feel that all the way down and for the next couple hours.) Hoping I'll be up to driving around the block sometime in the next 5 hours so I don't miss my daily pokestop spin for the first time in over two years. :/

Just praying that when Pillowfort returns in a few days that its various issues have been fixed and that people choose to use it over Twitter. Sigh.

Another bad night with little sleep. Got the work done I needed to today. Now I'm just resting. As soon as my dad is done practicing piano, I'll probably go to bed. I already ate dinner, even though it is only 5:43.

I just made a whole pot of cocoa (with straight cocoa powder and sugar and water and milk, that way), and now I'm at my desk and avoiding doing some very annoying assignments - they're annoying because they've very much "Give us something to mark" type work, as happens too often with trade courses. So instead I'm here!
I'm also writing fanfic, lol. Oh, and I figured out how to get my wacom working again, so I'm staring at the list of unfinished art I've got and trying to pick a starting point.

My promising week is promising no more. Job stuff sucks.

Thinking about how there's a HUGE gap in the making between me, living in an underdeveloped nation, and privileged folks from fandom.

Hating from the bottom of my heart being alive.

I typo'd "Gaying", so, speaking of which: thinking about Lesbian Visibility Day and how funny it is that a lot of kids in fandom nowadays claim to be "lesbians"? Even if they are technically homoromantic ace or bisexual or whatever. Nothing against it in principle, except that I am an Old And Bitter lady and I wonder if I'd have to feel this much cringe and embarassment for my past self's misfortune in falling for Cool Straight Girls if I had been born 10 or even 5 years later.

I'm particularly bitter today, can you tell?

I hired someone off taskrabbit for the first time, to pick up some bookshelves I bought yesterday from a thrift store and drop them off at my house.

Actually getting ahold of someone at the store to tell them someone other than me would be picking them up was more work than the delivery. I had to leave work early.

I'm super sleep deprived and as soon as I brush my teeth and feed my pets I'm going to bed.
