Nayrt but you do realize that there isn't a one size fits all for caloric requirements right? Like, I am a small person and if I eat 2000+ calories a day every day for a prolonged period of time I start feeling gross because I just do not need to overstuff myself. I'm not restricting myself, I just don't naturally eat that much. And I've still gained weight during quarantine lmao.

I hear you. I'm a naturally light person (i.e. small bones, narrow-set bone structure, low muscle mass), I'm not very active (not something I'm proud of but it's true), and my hunger level corresponds to match. I don't diet, but I keep a very loose eye on what I'm eating, and I'm pretty sure most days I get a fair bit less than 2000 cal. Some days I probably get 2500 (like when we go out for burgers and fries), but it definitely averages out below 2000, just naturally. I could probabaly eat 2000 cal without feeling gross, but I don't feel the urge to do so, and I don't feel deprived with how I eat now. (Except, admittedly, I'd really like to consume 40 oz of Iced Capp per day. But the fact I'm not doing that is more of a general health issue than a weight-gain issue.)
