Last year I flipped and started unfollowing people who's posts/reblogs pissed me off for the last time, and having a much better experience now. Haven't really seen a drop of activity with the exception of a few fandom tags that I follow.

I'm intending to stay on there either until the site finally breaks beyond repair or if the porn bots take over.

The degree to which my Twitter experience has improved by blocking people, turning off RTs for people, muting people, muting words, and using lists is immeasurable
