It's biggest strengths are an awesome tagging and blocking system (filters/blacklisting/easy on and off toggling NSFW) as well as large full views of posted images (as opposed to say, Twitter's cropped ones). There are also a lot of communities/forums where you can reblog and share your own content to or just check out a bunch of other people's neat stuff. The site has a simply and clean layout with a posting system similar to Tumblr's.

Oh, and also it has Dreamwidth-y features too with posting such as HTML editing and the ability to restrict who can and cannot see certain posts, be it everyone, just your followers, just yourself, et cetera. If Pillowfort had to be described in just a few words, it's pretty much Tumblr meets Dreamwidth.

I'm very scatter brained today - I can't believe I forgot one of it's best features: the fact that you can mass freeze and delete reblogs.

Heh, it's a pretty nifty site and I hope it becomes more popular in the future.
