I haven't watched this show in a while but omg, I haaaated these two. Sad to know they apparently never got any better.

I don't know what this show is, but it IS easy to get away with breaking the rules if people related to you/your friends are involved in enforcing the rules? So that seems realistic.

That's sort of the opposite of what's happening here - the characters are medical professionals who break the rules to treat friends and family members, and get away with it without any review by oversight. Which isn't really plausible in the situations that get shown, and is a really obnoxious case of "sympathetic" rebel who wouldn't actually be sympathetic in real life, because those rules are in place for very good reasons, one significant one being that medical professionals frequently give worse care to their own loved ones.

Well, Natalie at least is going to be written out as the actress won't return for the next season. Will, on the other hand, we might be forced to endure some more. Which is realistic, I guess - he *is* a (cishet) white man and thus least likely to experience consequences.
