Eternal Darkness. There are three routes in it, so there's lots of replayability right off the bat. The characters/levels are varied and interesting. The insanity effects and music are extremely atmospheric and there's a jump scare that still freaks me out to this day.

And playing all three gets you the bestworst ending!
