Do you have “realistic” nightmares at all? For me, those are usually someone else or myself doing or having done something that’s an exaggeration of a negative trait or bad habit, but still plausible - those do still scare me.

Not really. The closest were the dreams within dreams as a kid where I'd wake up, go to the bathroom, and then Jason is outside the bathroom door
