These don't entirely count, because they don't actually exist (to my knowledge), but still:

Let Me Sign by Rob Pattinson is used in the Twilight soundtrack, but only the first verse and the chorus. It has three verses worth of lyrics, but only the first one appears to have ever been released onto the internet.

A good-quality version of All Night Diner by Taylor Swift. It's one of her early unreleased demos, and the only version I've ever been able to find is a very rough studio session which was honestly probably her first playthrough of it for Liz Rose (who you can hear in the background). And there's no hope of it ever being officially released, because it basically the verses obviously copy the melody and verse structure of Jewel's You Were Meant For Me. But the chorus is bomb.
