I like making any egg dish-- I make a mean scrambled egg, but I also like doing omelettes, quiches, huevos rancheros... and if I'm going all out on a breakfast (or breakfast for dinner), I love doing french toast as well, maybe a vegetarian sausage.

My non-egg specialty is a lasagna-- also vegetarian, I don't find I need a meat substitute but I don't mind a good one.

Mostly I enjoy baking up dessert, though.
