What are your favorite cartoons - old and/or new?

I like Adventure Time and Avatar - and I've just started watching Bob's Burgers and like it a lot more than I thought I would.

Omg, I had forgotten about Dr. Snuggles and Smurfs. Once upon a time: Life was my favourite as a kid.

Did you also see La Linea?

Just a few episodes. It wasn't shown regularly, only sometimes as a fill-in when a scheduled program finished a bit early.

Minuscule. It's not really a cartoon, but a funny 3d animation about insects. It has no dialogue.

I like a lot of the obvious stuff like (older) Simpsons, original Futurama and Batman: The Animated Series.

Recently binged all of Bob's Burgers and loved it! It's such a comfort show. On the opposite end of that I loved Bojack Horseman but it's really not a happy watch for most of it.

Loved a lot of the old Cartoon Network (UK broadcast) stuff like Cow & Chicken, Dexter's Lab, Courage and Powerpuff Girls. Of the Disney Channel stuff I remember I liked Recess back in the day. Nick Toons when I was a kid was all about Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life and Real Monsters.

A couple of years ago when I had nothing to do later on in the day I really got into Amazing World of Gumball, but the channel (I think also Cartoon Network?) kept repeating the same few episodes I'd already seen so I kinda lost interest. Really should perhaps pick that one up again.

Powerpuff Girls, ATLA, Samurai Jack, Looney Toons, early Simpsons, Futurama, Kim Possible, Star Wars Rebels, Star Wars Clone Wars, Fairly Odd Parents (earlier seasons), and Animaniacs.

Ones I loved as a kid that I don't really watch now: Jimmy Neutron, Dexter's Lab, Ben 10, Danny Phantom, Johnny Bravo, Justice League and other Superman-related cartoons, X-Men Evolution, Shaun the Sheep, W.I.T.C.H (actually I'm feeling the urge to rewatch this one), Invader Zim, CatDog, Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Cow and CHicken, and Tiny Tunes.

I loved all the Nicktoon series from the early to mid '90s-"Rugrats", "Doug", "Hey Arnold", "Aaaah! Real Monsters", "Rocko's Modern Life". Still enjoy catching reruns of those on occasion :).

Other favorites included "Beetlejuice" (I was obsessed with that series as a kid, that one will always have a special place in my heart :D), "Inspector Gadget", "Noozles", there was a "Timon & Pumbaa" series on Disney that I liked, and the old Pink Panther cartoons were fun, too.

As for stuff that was more for older teens/adults, "Daria" is always good. And I also liked "Beavis and Butt-head", and while I've not followed it religiously or anything, I've enjoyed "South Park" from time to time as well.

AYRT

I was wondering how many other people would remember that show :p! It was on when I was fairly young, so all I mainly remember is Sandy and the koalas, but yeah, I definitely remember watching that during the afternoon :).

(And mention of afternoon cartoons reminds me that I also used to watch old "Underdog" and "Rocky & Bullwinkle" reruns as well.)

ATLA and BoJack Horseman. I'm not much for cartoons so those are about the ONLY cartoon shows I've watched in the last twenty years. But man they're both so good. In very different ways.

Phineas and Ferb
Rugrats
Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends
Looney Tunes
