I have a list of things I hated in certain genres of podcasts so I quit listening to podcasts for a while (finding a source of free audio books helped) and now I'm back and either the trends have changed or I don't notice them anymore.

Those things are definitely annoying. I don't watch modern cartoons so I don't know how common they are, but maybe if you give it a break the frustration will bleed out of you. Maybe letting the annoyance cool down will help. IDK, I hope you're able to enjoy the things you like fully soon.
