Honestly I think Sam's favorite is Ray-- though a lot of that is through the nostalgia filter of Ray being the source of a lot of the sillier humor, and this being a movie he saw as a kid but like... didn't necessarily rewatch often. Sam has his fanboy moments so I think he can relate to Ray's enthusiasm, and Ray and Egon both share the 'brilliant but absolutely willing to do something stupid in the name of science' factor...

Cas' favorite is Egon, one thousand percent. He finds the flat affect comfortingly relatable, plus he likes that Egon collects molds, spores, and fungus-- like, who doesn't develop an obsessive love of strange forms of life on earth? This guy gets it!
