I've never read this, but I'm guessing it was published a while ago. Maybe it was progressive during its time because there was nothing quite like it back then and now that there's more content out there, it just doesn't land the same way anymore.

I haven't watched any of them, but YouTube keeps recommending me Sarah Z videos, and she's doing a "cringe, kind of hiding my face with my hand" pose in a few of the thumbnails, and this secret made me think of that. Like, I get that the subjects she's covering are cringey, but seeing the person who made the video look embarrassed doesn't make me want to watch her stuff.
