I love vampires and werewolves unreservedly, I think they're cool and spooky and old-school, they're aesthetically and thematically rich, and they're hot, what more can you ask

I like ghosts and demons but it has to be under the right circumstances. A lot of haunting-possession movies are just boring. You need to put a spin on it and go beyond that. Also, I really, really like ghosts who are also sorcerers. Lichs, that kind of thing.

I can't stand any monster that mostly lives in the sea. Who the heck wants to go into the sea to fight monsters, it's wet and awful.
