Sif and the Warriors Three were great in the first Thor movie and had so much potential, but that potential was majorly squandered.

Rose Tico in The Rise of Skywalker. Finn in Skywalker as well. Actually, every character in TROS. Even ones who weren't there since TROS retroactively ruined Anakin/Vader's epic ending and therefore wasted his character too.
