NAYRT--top it with bananas foster or just bananas cooked in butter with brown sugar and maybe some lime juice and a tiny sprinkle of salt. You could add a tiny bit of rum or other liquor to the ice cream if you were worried about flaming it, just not too much or it won't stay frozen.
