Seriously. They were even echoing OP's confusion about the international popularity, but because they had the "audacity" to expand on why Americans might like it, they got blown off for no reason.

I like Hamilton, but nothing about the secret seemed remotely rude to me. So I guess Secret!OP saves all their assholery for the replies.
