Loki spoilers

It's nice and all that they implied Loki to be bisexual on the show but it's not worth much if, or probably when they'll inevitably give him a female love interest.
Don't get me wrong, bisexual people are just as valid in opposite sex relationships - in real live. In media though, the whole "let's mention a male character is bisexual to satisfy the woke bubble but never actually commit to it by showing it and only ever make him date female characters" thing is far too common.

I'd be more fine with this if he actually flirted casually with a few dudes and showed obvious attraction there, but you know they won't.

DA - Yeah, this is how I feel to. Does he need to definitely, conclusively fuck/date a man in canon in order for me to feel like making him bi is more than lipservice on Disney's part? No. But he at the very least needs to show interest in a way where it's clear that canon intends him to be showing interest.

I mean, simply making it established canon that he's bi is still...nice? I think? Like, it's not nothing, and it's bound to make a lot of fans happy. But as far as rep goes, it's definitely more of Disney doing the bare minimum.

(Perhaps) controversially I don’t think he should have any love interest yet as I think he’s got a lot of self-loathing etc to work through first. However, I also agree that just having a throw away line about his sexuality is the lowest of low bars to clear and would like to at least see him flirting with both men and women if they’re that serious about establishing it.
