I don’t understand why Jared Padalecki had to throw a public tantrum like that when he clearly had Jensen Ackles’s info and could’ve called him or something. He had to have known the rabid fans would attack Jensen in his defense.

It's never a good call, imo, but I get it, emotionally. Sometimes you're so incensed you impulsively feel the need to announce the offense publically. JP should absolutely have a better hold on his impulses after all these years of moderate fame, but *shrug*. He said he was blindsided by this news and I believe it, considering how impulsively he reacted. Plus maybe he was drunk when he found out. Maybe he was really tired. Who knows.

Um, yeah. That's why he did it publicly. JP's not stupid; he's just a melodramatic asshole who likes to throw public tantrums so his fangirls will attack those who've wronged him. It's not new or unexpected behavior from him at this point.

He absolutely did and has done this to service people before, so, consider, but also he probably was blindsided and is emotionally impulsive enough to be an asshole first and think later.
