Somebody said that all sufficiently long lasting D&D parties turn into either murderhobos or romancehobos and I think there's a lot of truth to that. And hell I'd rather play romancehobos any day.

I’d like to shout out the JRPG Zanki Zero, where you can optionally have any party member romance any other party member, including any combination of bisexual polyamory. (Though you might not WANT to have some of the characters romance—-as the kids say, some of the pairings are problematic as fuck.)
