There used to be TONS. I mean even accounting for digital decay it was in the top three of fandoms for FF.net. It can't all be *gone*. But it might all be Legolas-centered so Frodo Fic might be a harder find. Even still, don't give up. Search those places that were popular 15 years ago: FF.net, livejournal, ect. Tumblr and tic tok are going to be useless to you, but AO3 might have stuff.
