the armour is such a pretty teal colour, it just makes me think of aquaman and specifically mera's look.

i was over the concept of The Boys before i ever watched it, it probably would've been up my alley when i was all about dexter and watchmen and twd and shit like that but ehhh

Tbh I wasn't here for the show (originally) but someone rec'd it and I decided to give it a chance. A little on the nose, and definitely gratuitous in the beginning, but I've come to enjoy it and have a soft spot for some of the characters/yeah I like it now lol.

I never watched Dexter and only caught bits of TWD, so idk how well it lines up with both of the shows, but I can see why you might avoid it/think it's ehhh.
