Re: Holiday Weekend sales
(Anonymous) 2021-07-05 03:19 am (UTC)(link)They're cheaper because they don't have brick-and-mortar stores to pay for, minimal employees to pay, plus they get most of their stock by buying up perfumes when bricks-and-mortar businesses are going under and trying to offload their stock at a discount. They may also get some of their stock by buying overseas where perfumes can sometimes be bought cheaper.
Fragrancebuy is the best fragrance discounter, for my money. It's Canadian (a huge win for me as I am Canadian), but their selection is massive and their prices are unbeatable. A lot of US collectors buy from Fragrancebuy, despite potential duties, because the prices are still super low even with duties.
That said, FragranceNet and FragranceX are also both legit.
Dont trust EVERY website selling fragrances to be legit, as there are some shady ones, but the ones I've mentioned in this comment are legit. Perfumeonline is also legit. And Venbafragrance has fantastic prices if you're American and looking for niche and luxury frags.

(Anonymous) 2021-07-05 03:31 am (UTC)(link)Thank you! I just bought a refill for $40 more than I could have gotten on one of these sites because I wasn't sure of their trustworthiness :'(
Now I know for future purchases (although I may have to hot up ebay since I'm looking for fragrances my grandmother/great grandmother used to wear)! Thank you!!!
