I feel for you because discovering slash saved my sexuality. It helped me realise that I could have love and sex without using gender roles as a basis; it helped me come to terms with swinging both ways; it helped me have het relationships that didn't make me want to kill the poor guy. And yes, the safe experimentation/learning about what I found hot has doubtless really helped in my RL sex life, though RL experimenting has been just as important there. I'm damn lucky I got that out of the way while I was still a teenager.

but! it's not too late. Try to talk to the guy. I mean, the amount of crazy porn shit most guys have seen, most of them don't find slashporn a hard concept to understand. Tell him what fetishes you're developing, because guys like knowing that kind of thing. And if all else fails, either open up the relationship or leave. It's NEVER too late to upend your sex drive, or to try something new and amazing.
