Honestly OP the best thing to do is ask them to tag the posts with something so you can blacklist them, it doesn't even have to be show specific something like 'c-drama' could work for all of them, that way you wouldn't need to block multiple tags.

If they're your friends a simple 'hey I'm getting bogged down by content I don't care for, can you tag it with x' should be fine, I've had fandom friends ask me to tag particular content before and I've always been happy to.

The other option is unfollowing if you aren't that close, since tumblr+twitter are all about curating the content you want to see. Someone isn't posting something you're into anymore? Then unfollow them for your own happiness.
