E-mail them again. I sympathize with small business and the struggle, but it's not really okay to give someone a deadline, blow past that deadline and then never update them about what happened.

Yeah, I signed up for their newsletter at the time too and every day they're sending out emails about new items/specials and I'm just like... wtf... if you haven't even sent out orders from almost two months ago...

I found the site via a FB group who linked one of their sales, and the OP vouched for them being a good site and genuinely do donate to the causes they publicly support, but sometimes they get backlogged - so I'm thinking what I should possibly do is ask the group if other people have received their orders yet. (This same group also had someone post a sale on some specific shoes about two weeks ago, and this week like ten different people posted showing off their new Toms, hahah.) It might be helpful to find out if this is a widespread issue or just my order. If it's just me then definitely I should email again soon. I don't want to seem pushy because they make cool stuff and their profits go to causes I like, but things do sometimes slip through the cracks.

Definitely ask the group but regardless of the answer, email the business again. If something has happened to delay production, it's not rude to ask to be updated. And if it's just fallen through the cracks, it's just a little reminder for them.
