Yeah, that's definitely one of the many weird parts of having had anorexia: you can get triggered by accidentally losing weight. I feel like I'm pretty safe (my relationship with food is in a really good place overall, even if my relationship with my body has remained a bit wobbly), but it never hurts to be cautious.

I'm sorry your accidental weight loss is fucking with your head, anon.

I know this wasn't your point, but I hope you've gotten checked out for anything serious that could be causing your unexplained weight loss. 1.5 stone is quite a lot. Not that it's my business, but you deserve to have answers, even if you don't want to gain the weight back.
