Houmous sandwiches maybe? One of the things I like to do is toast a pita bread, put houmous in it, put a spicy sauce on top and then microwave it until the sauce is either gel like or flaky (depending on the ingredients) and hopefully the houmous will at least be partly crumbly in texture. Ofc, if you don't like this you can still eat it as is!
I've found that rougher houmouses work better with the microwave technique, so don't use it on higher quality ones. It won't be as nice as a cheaper one OR as it is originally.
And I've found houmous in pita bread, whether cooked like this ahead of time, or not cooked, lasts pretty well in my packed lunches (I'm a gardener and I work places with neither fridge nor microwave).

Hmm, do you have a brand you enjoy? I've tried a couple types but never enjoyed them.

Nah, I use what is available where I'm buying stuff.
I tend to go for the Moroccan flavour if it's available.
