Most exercises involving an adjustable bench and dumbbells is not a bad way to start off of, though it does help immensely to start with a more knowledgeable partner or trainer for proper form just to form good habits. Dumbbell rows/kickback, dumbbell bench press, goblet squats, tricep extensions, bicep curl variations (switch it up) to name a few...

Reps/sets are largely dependent on if you want muscle for looks or muscle for work I guess. When I went often I usually did 3 sets per exercise and 7 reps per set (I wanted muscle gain so I went the heaviest I could). I think if you want muscles for work you increase set and rep but don't quote me on that I'm not entirely sure the whole thing isn't some bro science here but it did work with me so YMMV. It also depends on how much time you have and how many different exercises you go through.

An easy way to start is to also use the machines already there and follow the diagrams. They don't use as many muscle groups as free weights, but they do work.

If you plan on getting super into weight lifting, definitely finding someone more knowledgeable in lifting is a must because bad form can seriously fuck you up. I've seen so many terrible deadlift forms I fear for people's back.
