To the one author of a fix-it fic that I read once I went back into a big movie franchise fandom,

Your fic was incredibly well written. I just did not like that crack pairing that you added. I get it's an alternate version of a character and another character, but the ship doesn't make any sense. If I were a beta reader, I'd politely ask you to cut it out of the story. Instead, whenever they were mentioned, interacted, or described, I skipped past those parts.

Despite that, I enjoyed reading your fic over all. Besides being a fix it, it introduced me to more canon that I wasn't familiar with before. I'm not sure if I would admit this to you. It feels like I'm expected to like everything in a fanfic or nothing about it at all? I can like most parts and not like some parts, it's just my opinion.
