I dunno if it would bother a bunny or not, but I got a 'Fur Fetcher' from the grocery, made by Hartz. It is fucking AWESOME for coming out dead hair on my cats. There are tumbleweeds of hair all over the back yard because I take them out there and then brush them with it. It's like you're pushing sand or snow - it just piles up behind the thing in big tufts, it's awesome.

I dunno if it would work or not... I got a Furminator some years back and that worked well on some of the buns, but funny thing about buns - they have lots of different textures of fur, so it works on some of them but not all of them. Like my mini-rex girl, her fur is too fine and too short for the Furminator, all I can do is just pet her with wet hands. It definitely works on this particular fluffy guy, but there's SO MUCH coming off that it's kind of pointless to do it with a brush when I can just tug lightly at all the stuff that's literally sticking out all over him and get a handful at a time.

...I'm honestly not exaggerating. I have no idea how he doesn't go bald twice a year when I'm pulling a pile of fluff as large as he is off of him at least once per day. XD

My one cat has very fluffy and light fur, and it still grabs it, so maybe....
And all of them shed via petting, the thing i like about this is that it grabs a ton of the fur in it's little teeth, *and* it kind of concentrates it all in one spot - at the end of the brush stroke - so it's easier (for me) to get off and floating away, heh.

I feel the same! I have tumbleweeds of hair all over the house, despite sweeping daily, and yet they look the same fluffy as always. So annoying! :D

Hmm, worth looking into if I come across it then maybe... If not for this guy (he hated the Furminator anyway - he and his brother came to me basically feral), then maybe for another bun. Either way, thanks for the rec - it is really unbelievable how much fluff they produce. -_-
