Lulu and Paine look so out of place compared to the rest of the residents of Spira. I'd be more "okay" with Lulu's outfit if there was any faction of say Black Mages or mage warriors that had even a remotely similar design. Nope. Just "Here is a couple designs for the goths!"

And Paine is the Lulu replacement goldfish. The only reason I bring her up.

So, yeah, that design is completely non-functional, not weather appropriate for 98% of the journey, not even travel appropriate, and must have been hell to recreate in the game from the concept art.

Why yes, she was a bit of a sapphic awakening...

Lulu though... too many belts.
