One the one hand, I think they're both attractive, and am not really here for putting one of them down in order to lift up the other. OTOH, I can't help but enjoy whenever someone ruffles the feathers of the miniseries purists, because the vast majority of the time it's them positively shitting all over the movie and, often, everyone who prefers it.

+1. With the exception of the very end, I think the movie is a superior aesthetic experience to the miniseries. And I believe Lizzie's pride a lot more than in the miniseries where she doesn't get as downright nasty.
