I love AO3 however I find FFN easier to navigate as a reader. I can search by main ships, canons that are not lumped together under ABC (all media types) umbrella. I also like author's profiles on FFN now than AO3's visit my Tumblr note in AN.

Formatting on AO3 is a pain with complicated Styles and html. Image and video integration is better on AO3 however FFN is better for posting text.

Everybody is trashing FFN for no reason.
