104. Gaw, I wish the South Park fandom didn't exist.

110. I kind of see it, but not in the shipping way. He is the reason Ben turned evil and killed his whole family. A lot of people seem to forget that Richard seems to be in complete control (after "Jacob", I suppose). The man was in charge of both Ben and Widmore, after all.

134. I don't see how anyone could hate Orihime. She is such a sweetheart and has never done anything bad to or said anything bad about anyone. And Rukia is too badass to hate. Also, Ichigo is a total prude (and virgin) and won't be getting with either girl, so why pit them against each other?

135. Well, the Host was pretty shitty. Not as shitty, but it's pretty hard to beat the shittiness of Twilight without sparking vampires, exploding werewolves, and babies being chewed out of a uterus for WUV!

Now that, we don't know. I do not see Richard as being The Devil who Corrupted An Innocent. Ben had a choice, and he made it. We don't know what other things occurred in his life to make him so cruel.

It doesn't have to be slash. I'm saying I've seen all of... what, two fics between them in ALL OF FANDOM? This is a man who Ben has known all his life. He's grown up with this idea that there's something better out there, some magical man out there who'll save him. And then, when the time comes, he becomes his teacher and his advisor. I think that dynamic is fascinating.

lol This is hardly tl;dr. I expected paragraphs, darn it! :P

I don't mean he put the gas can in Ben's hand and said "KILL YOUR PEOPLE!" I'm saying I believe he was the influence for Ben joining the hostiles (that and Ben's dad being the worst daddy ever) and, since the hostiles already had been trying to take out the Others, the influence for Ben being part of the genocide. I'm a strong believer in the whole Richard-shall-rule-the-world Lost ideology. I think he will, and should, be the final boss. He has a hidden badassness about him. \o/

The dynamic is pretty damn fantastic, but I'm not exactly in the Lost fandom--I only watch the show and gush about it offline--so I can't point you in any fandomy directions. Sorry. ):
