milk is ok but dark is better - just not too dark. the 92% cacao is right out, I can't go higher than 70. I need a little sugar in my choco, lmao, just not too much.

I was a Ghirardelli man for a while but now I find Lindt to be superior. Just be careful where you get your choco - a lot of random retail outlets will have snacks and candy but you don't know how long it's been sitting there. Don't buy your chocolate from Joann Fabrics unless you're desparate, ok.
