Dark chocolate all the way baby. Anything from 74% to 92%.86% is a nice spot.

I like it in my cake, in my muffins, in my protein bars. I like it mostly as a bar where I can savor each rectangular piece of full Bodied flavor.

Milk chocolate is just too sweet for me.
